When will move-ins begin?
Our community is currently pre-leasing for move-ins starting October 1, 2025.
What floor plans do you offer?
We are a brand-new, 12-unit apartment complex featuring modern 1BR/1BA apartments with private patios and storage, 1BR/1BA apartments without private patios and storage and 2BR/2BA apartments with private patios and storage.
• 1BR / 1BA (With Private Patio & Storage)
o Rent: $800/month
o Size: Approx. 650 sq. ft.
o Features: Private outdoor patio, private storage space, open layout, modern finishes
• 1BR / 1BA (No private Patio, no storage)
o Rent: $750/month
o Size: Approx. 600 sq. ft.
o Features: open layout, modern finishes, granite countertops, modern finishes
• 2BR / 2BA (With Private Patio & Storage)
o Rent: $1050/month
o Size: Approx. 1050 sq. ft.
o Features: Private outdoor patio, private storage space, open layout, granite countertops, modern finishes
What utilities are included?
• Tenant pays: Water, power, gas, and cable/Wi-Fi
• Landlord pays: Trash service, pest control, lawn maintenance, and snow removal and water softner
Are pets allowed?
Yes, we allow small dogs under 25 lbs (breed restrictions apply).
Is renter’s insurance required?
Yes, all residents are required to maintain renter’s insurance.
Do you accept Section 8 vouchers?
No, these apartments are not Section 8.
What are the income requirements to qualify?
Applicants must meet the 2025 Multifamily Tax Subsidy Program (MTSP) Income Limits:
• 1-person household: $36,540 – $91,350
• 2-person household: $41,760 – $104,400
• 3-person household: $46,980 – $117,450
• 4-person household: $52,200 – $130,500
• 5-person household: $56,400 – $141,000
• 6-person household: $60,600 – $151,500
• 7-person household: $64,700 – $161,850
• 8-person household: $68,940 – $172,350
What are your office hours?
• Sunday: 10:00am – 2:00pm
• Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
• Saturday: 10:00am – 3:00pm
